Position Summary
Support reverse logistics operations by coordinating return material flow, GRN activities, inventory reconciliation, warranty processing, and scrap management.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate receipt of returned materials from depots and warehouses.
- Verify physical stock against return documentation.
- Create and monitor GRNs for returned materials.
- Track replacement material movement and closure status.
- Segregate warranty and non-warranty products.
- Maintain records of warranty claims and vendor communications.
- Support stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports.
Key Skills Reverse Logistics, Inventory Management, GRN Processing, ERP Operations, Excel Reporting
Experience
4–6 years in Reverse Logistics, Warehouse Operations or Inventory Control.
