Location: Delhi/NCR | Department: Retail Operations | Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service & Sales – Greet customers, understand requirements, recommend products, and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
- Product Knowledge – Develop strong knowledge of Defence Bakery’s breads, cakes, pastries, confectionery, savouries and other products to confidently assist customers.
- Billing & Order Management – Handle POS billing, cash/digital payments, order taking and ensure accurate processing of customer orders.




- Product Display & Merchandising – Maintain attractive product displays, correct labelling, product availability and appropriate merchandising standards.
- Stock & Wastage Management – Support stock receiving, counting, replenishment and FIFO/FEFO practices while minimising product wastage and damage.
- Outlet Hygiene & Food Safety – Maintain personal grooming, outlet cleanliness and food-handling standards in accordance with company SOPs and food-safety requirements.
- Customer Experience & Complaint Handling – Resolve routine customer queries professionally, escalate complaints when required and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Teamwork & Operational Discipline – Follow shift schedules, SOPs and company policies while coordinating with the outlet, bakery, kitchen and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Diploma or degree in hospitality a related field or pursuing degree
- Experience: Some prior experience in a hospitality environment is desirable, but not mandatory.
