Core Responsibilities :-

- Customer Engagement: Greeting customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations or demonstrations to help them make informed purchase decisions.
- Product Expertise: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, pricing, and current promotions to effectively advise customers.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately handling cash and card payments using a Point of Sale (POS) system, while also managing returns and exchanges.
- Inventory Management: Participating in stock counts, reporting low inventory levels, and managing incoming shipments or back-stock.
- Customer Service: Resolving customer queries, complaints, and issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Skills Required





- Interpersonal Communication: Building rapport quickly and listening actively to understand customer requirements.
- Persuasion & Negotiation: Convincing potential buyers of product value and handling objections confidently.
- Retail Math: Calculating discounts, handling currency, and managing basic financial transactions accurately.
- Flexibility: Adapting to fast-paced environments and working flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
