Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Sales Specialist based at Worldmark1, Aerocity, Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, Delhi 110037 .

The role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, assisting customers in finding the right products, managing retail sales tasks, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. The individual will work closely with the store team to support sales goals, drive customer satisfaction,



and maintain a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

- Experience in Retail Sales and robust skills in achieving sales targets
- Excellent Customer Service and a customer-first attitude
- Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience by providing personalized recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
- Passion for lifestyle, fashion, or design-related products is beneficial
