We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officers to join our jewellery showroom team. The ideal candidate should have retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong selling and relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize showroom sales.




- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Maintain stock records, perform stock verification, and prepare stock reports.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and post-sale follow-ups.
- Promote value-added services and encourage additional purchases.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
