Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage showroom sales operations, ensuring effective inventory management and customer satisfaction.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase loyalty.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns that meet sales targets.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (jewelry industry preferred).

- Strong knowledge of gems, gold, and other precious metals used in jewelry making.

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship-building.
