Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the jewellery sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team and monitor performance.

- Handle premium and high-value customers personally and ensure excellent customer service.

- Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

- Monitor individual sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.

- Ensure proper follow-up with customers, including leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

- Assist the team in product presentation, product knowledge, diamond/gold understanding, and effective selling techniques.

- Monitor showroom footfall, conversion ratio, average ticket size, and individual/team productivity.

- Ensure proper coordination between Sales, Stock, Billing, CRM, and other departments.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.





- Ensure jewellery is presented, handled, and displayed according to company standards and security protocols.

- Maintain daily sales reports and submit performance updates to management.

- Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement.

- Conduct regular team briefings and maintain discipline and skilled grooming standards.

- Support management in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and festive sales activities.

- Maintain confidentiality regarding customer information, pricing, stock, and company policies.

- Ensure compliance with all company SOPs, policies, and security procedures.
