About the Role

Across Men’s Ethnic is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team at Dadar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand customer requirements and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent in-store service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ethnic wear and apparel.
- Explain product features, sizes, colours, pricing, offers, and availability.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising.
- Ensure products are neatly arranged according to category, size, and style.
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and styling.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom.
- Coordinate with the store and inventory team regarding stock availability.
- Support billing and other store-related activities when required.
- Promote new arrivals, offers, and special collections.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.




- Follow company policies, store procedures, and grooming standards.

- Ability to convince customers and close sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good presentation and grooming.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn about men's ethnic fashion and products.

Preferred Candidate
- Previous experience in retail, showroom, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in retail sales can also apply.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English is preferred.
- Marathi will be an added advantage.
