Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail sales officer to join our jewellery showroom. Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Explain jewellery products, offers, pricing, and services to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and generate showroom visits.
- Maintain customer details and follow-up records.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets.




- Coordinate with the showroom sales team for customer visits.

Requirements
- Any degree / Diploma.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in jewellery and sales is an added advantage.
