Role Description This is a full-time, in office Retail Purchase Executive role based in the Pune Division.

The Retail Purchase

Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities for art, craft, and DIY supplies, including handling purchase requisitions, preparing and processing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels. The role involves evaluating vendor performance, negotiating prices and terms, and maintaining accurate purchase records and documentation.

The Retail Purchase

Executive will work closely with store operations, inventory,



and finance teams to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and adherence to company procurement policies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions, with the ability to manage documentation and workflows efficiently.
- Experience in Purchase Management and Procurement, including vendor selection, negotiation, and inventory coordination.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and basic supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets or purchasing/ERP software to track orders and analyze purchasing data.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or a similar product-based environment is preferred.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial.
