Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Purchase Executive located in the Pune Division.

The Retail Purchase

Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including collecting requirements from internal stakeholders, preparing and processing purchase requisitions, and converting them into accurate purchase orders. The role involves evaluating suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining purchase records to ensure timely availability of retail inventory. The executive will coordinate closely with store operations,



finance, and logistics teams to resolve procurement issues, optimize costs, and support smooth retail operations. Daily responsibilities also include tracking purchase status, maintaining vendor relationships, and adhering to company procurement policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management, including handling Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.
- Candidates should possess strong Procurement skills, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in retail purchasing or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic office software and ERP or purchasing systems is beneficial.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
