Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Retail Asset Auditor with 4+ years of relevant experience to conduct independent audits of retail asset and lending portfolios. The role involves reviewing the end-to-end lending process, including loan sourcing, credit appraisal, disbursement, post-disbursement monitoring, and compliance with applicable guidelines and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct audits of Retail Asset and Retail Lending portfolios.

- Review Commercial Vehicle Loans, Commercial Equipment Loans, Auto Loans, Inventory Funding, Home Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).

- Evaluate loan sourcing and credit appraisal processes.

- Review loan sanction, documentation, and disbursement processes.

- Conduct post-disbursement monitoring of retail loan accounts.

- Verify compliance with RBI guidelines and internal lending policies.

- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, credit risks, and policy deviations.

- Prepare audit observations and recommend corrective actions to strengthen retail lending controls.

Required Skills & Experience





- 4+ years of relevant experience in Retail Asset Audit, Credit Audit, Internal Audit, Retail Credit, or Retail Lending.

- Solid experience with Commercial Vehicle Loans, Commercial Equipment Loans, Auto Loans, Inventory Funding, Home Loans, and LAP.

- Good understanding of credit appraisal, loan sourcing, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring.

- Knowledge of retail lending guidelines, RBI regulations, and internal credit policies.

- Strong analytical, audit documentation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, or Financial Institutions.

- Hands-on experience in Retail Asset Audit or Retail Credit Audit.

- Ability to identify control gaps, process deviations, and compliance issues.

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end retail lending process.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
