- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant service or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Captain, Supervisor, Senior Steward, or Team Leader preferred.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service procedures and guest handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
