Storekeeper – Restaurant | Goa

Location: Goa

Experience: 2–4 years in Restaurant / Hotel / F&B; Stores

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily receiving, storage and issuing of food, beverages and non-food items.
- Check quantity, quality, expiry dates and condition of all incoming materials.
- Maintain proper stock records, GRNs, invoices and inventory reports.
- Follow FIFO and ensure proper storage, hygiene and organization.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Purchase and Restaurant Operations teams.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requirements for timely replenishment.
- Control wastage, pilferage and expired/slow-moving inventory.
- Maintain dry, chilled and frozen storage areas as per food-safety standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience as an F&B;/Restaurant Storekeeper.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and MS Excel.
- Valuable documentation and vendor coordination skills.
- Honest, organized and detail-oriented.
- Willing to work in a restaurant environment and rotational shifts.
