About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our standalone casual dining restaurant . The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading a high-performing team, maintaining operational excellence, controlling costs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and kitchen coordination.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and effectively resolve customer concerns.
- Lead, recruit, train, develop, motivate, and manage restaurant staff while maintaining discipline and productivity.
- Manage end-to-end staff recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training to build a skilled and service-oriented team.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, FSSAI regulations, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Monitor sales, profitability, food & beverage costs, inventory, wastage, and purchasing.




- Prepare operational reports and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain optimum inventory levels.
- Drive local marketing initiatives and customer engagement to increase repeat business.

Candidate Profile
- 10–15 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 5 years as a Restaurant Manager in a casual dining or standalone restaurant.
- Strong leadership, team management, recruitment, and training skills.
- Sound knowledge of restaurant P&L;, food costing, inventory management, budgeting, and SOP implementation.
- Proficient in POS systems, MS Excel, and restaurant reporting.
- Ability to work versatile shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience Experience with reputed casual dining, family dining, or standalone restaurant brands is preferred.
