Position Summary

We are seeking a young, proactive, and flexible Restaurant Manager with a strong leadership approach to oversee daily operations and ensure an excellent dining experience. The ideal candidate leads by example, adapts easily to change, and motivates the team to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations

- Lead, train, and motivate staff with a positive and hands-on leadership style

- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle guest feedback professionally

- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels

- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

- Control inventory, reduce waste, and support cost management

- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Requirements
