Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day restaurant operations.

- Ensure smooth opening, service, and closing procedures.

- Maintain high standards of food presentation, service, cleanliness, and ambience.

- Conduct daily pre-shift briefings with the restaurant team.

- Monitor guest flow, table allocation, reservations, and service efficiency.

- Personally supervise operations during peak service periods.

- Ensure every guest receives prompt and professional service.

- Interact with guests regularly and obtain feedback.

- Handle guest complaints personally and resolve issues immediately.

- Maintain records of regular and VIP guests and their preferences.

- Work towards increasing repeat business and guest loyalty.





- Monitor online guest reviews and take corrective action where required.

- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, manpower cost, and operating expenses.

- Control wastage, pilferage, complimentary items, and unauthorized discounts.

- Monitor daily sales against budget and targets.

- Review restaurant profitability and identify opportunities for margin improvement.

- Ensure proper authorization and documentation for discounts, voids, and complimentary bills.

Experience-3 Years

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
