Key Responsibilities
- Support smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise assigned restaurant sections during service.
- Ensure tables are properly set before service.
- Monitor guest seating, order taking, food service, table clearance, and billing.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Ensure restaurant opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Support the Restaurant Manager during peak service periods.
- Ensure orders are accurately entered into the POS system.
- Check order specifications before communicating with the kitchen.
- Monitor food delivery time.
- Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams.
- Ensure correct food and beverages reach the correct table.
- Monitor billing accuracy before presentation to guests.
