- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.

- Welcome guests and provide professional and friendly bar service.

- Understand guest preferences and recommend suitable drinks.

- Maintain proper portion control and follow standardized recipes.

- Ensure the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and work area are clean and hygienic.

- Check and maintain adequate stock of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.

- Monitor inventory and inform the manager about stock requirements.

- Maintain proper records of bar consumption, wastage, breakage, and stock movement.

- Ensure all beverages are served with proper presentation and quality.

- Handle cash/card payments and maintain accurate billing where required.

- Follow all company policies and applicable legal requirements regarding alcohol service.





- Verify the age of customers wherever required and refuse service to intoxicated guests responsibly.

- Coordinate with the kitchen, service staff, and restaurant management for smooth operations.

- Maintain proper storage of alcoholic beverages and other bar products.

- Assist in creating new cocktails and beverage menus.

- Minimize wastage and ensure cost-effective use of bar inventory.

- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate serious issues to the manager.

- Support opening and closing procedures of the bar.

- Maintain a professional appearance and follow grooming standards.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant/Bar Manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
