Job Summary

Sign Restaurant is seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Captain (F&B; Service) to lead the restaurant service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the restaurant service team.
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Allocate tables and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order execution.
- Train and guide stewards to maintain high service standards.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the dining area.




- Ensure compliance with restaurant service standards and company policies.
- Assist in shift closing, billing coordination, and daily operational reporting.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;) industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and customer handling.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
