The Resource Management Group (RMG) staff will be responsible for managing end-to-end resource allocation and headcount mapping across projects. This role ensures that all resources are correctly aligned to client accounts, reconciled post-onboarding, and tracked for utilization. Acting as a central coordination point between HR, project teams, and management, the RMG staff plays a critical role in workforce planning and operational efficiency.

Responsibility

- Manage resource allocation across projects in line with organizational priorities.

- Maintain accurate HC mapping to ensure every onboarded employee is aligned to the correct client/project.

- Perform reconciliation of resource details after HR onboarding and update project mapping records.

- Collaborate with project managers and HR to ensure smooth deployment of resources.





- Track utilization and proactively highlight gaps or mismatches in resource mapping.

- Prepare periodic reports on resource deployment, allocation efficiency, and workforce planning.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and client requirements.

Qualification

- 10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project allocation.

- Prior GCC experience is mandatory.

- Solid knowledge of resource allocation tools and reconciliation processes.

- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Project Management teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
