Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Resort Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our resort. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospitality operations, staff coordination, and guest service, with a willingness to stay on the resort premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the daily operations of the resort and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and security teams.
- Monitor staff attendance and share attendance records for payroll processing.
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained.
- Address basic guest queries and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.




- Monitor inventory of housekeeping and operational supplies and report replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for routine operational needs.
- Prepare daily operational reports and update management on ongoing activities.
- Ensure staff follow company policies and maintain discipline.
- Support the management team during events, peak occupancy, and special guest requirements.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in a resort, hotel, hospitality, or facility operations role.
- Experience in coordinating teams and handling day-to-day operations.
- Basic knowledge of attendance and payroll coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to stay at the resort accommodation.
