Job DescriptionPost : RMO in the Department of Gyneacology

NEducational Qualification: MBBS degree

NRequired Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience in any Reputed multispecialty hospital.

NRoles & Responsibilities -

NProvide comprehensive medical care to obstetric and gynecology patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency settings.

NAssess, diagnose, and initiate appropriate treatment under consultant supervision.

NMonitor antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal patients and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

NAssist in normal deliveries, cesarean sections, and gynecological surgeries.

NManage obstetric and gynecological emergencies in accordance with hospital protocols.

NPerform routine clinical procedures and ensure timely patient care.

NCoordinate with consultants, nursing staff, anesthetists, and other departments for multidisciplinary patient management.





NCounsel patients and families regarding treatment plans, maternal care, breastfeeding, contraception, and follow-up.

NPrepare admission notes, discharge summaries, and maintain complete medical records.

NParticipate in ward rounds, labor room duties, rotational shifts, and on-call responsibilities.

NEnsure compliance with hospital policies, infection control practices, and quality standards.

NContribute to clinical audits, continuing medical education (CME), and quality improvement initiatives.

NExperienced candidates will be preferred. Remuneration will not be a constraint for the deserving candidates.
