- Understand and uphold the Vision and Mission of the University.

- Lead and motivate supervisors and support staff for the productive functioning of the hostel.

- Maintain positive relationships with students and their parents.

- Supervise mess operations, maintain supply records, and ensure timely submission of reports.

- Ensure warden presence in the hostel office and mess during designated hours.

- Take daily attendance, monitor room cleanliness, interact with students, and enforce hostel regulations.

- Identify and report prohibited items or disciplinary issues to the Deputy Chief Warden/Chief Warden.





- Identify students requiring guidance or counseling and refer them through appropriate channels.

- Monitor and supervise the daily work of hostel supervisors and support staff.

- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requirements with concerned departments.

- Conduct regular late-night rounds to ensure safety, discipline, and compliance.

- Provide immediate assistance to sick students, arrange medical care, and keep the Chief Warden and Deputy Chief Warden informed.
