We are looking for a Resident Experience Manager who believes that outstanding hospitality goes beyond service—it's about creating memorable experiences and building meaningful relationships with residents.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the primary point of contact for residents.

· Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

· Manage and resolve resident concerns from start to finish.

· Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping, and facility management teams.

· Conduct regular inspections of common areas to maintain premium standards.

· Welcome new residents and ensure a seamless move-in experience.

· Prepare resident communications and ensure proactive engagement.





· Monitor service quality, response times, and resident satisfaction.

· Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the overall community experience.
