Qarevo Health is seeking a highly trustworthy and suitably qualified professional to serve as Resident Director during the incorporation and establishment of its Indian entity.

The appointee will support the company’s initial statutory, governance, KYC, banking, and incorporation requirements in coordination with our legal and corporate-services advisers. This is a short-term, non-operational mandate , with a structured transition following the successful completion of the establishment phase.

Essential Requirements

- Resident in India and compliant with the applicable statutory residency requirement
- Legally eligible to serve as a director of an Indian company
- Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a valid Director Identification Number and Digital Signature Certificate
- Demonstrable integrity, discretion, reliability, and sound skilled judgement
- Willingness to complete statutory documentation and undergo appropriate due diligence
- Experience in corporate governance, law, finance, accounting, consulting, compliance,



or executive administration is advantageous

The appointment carries genuine statutory responsibilities and will be governed by formal documentation, confidentiality obligations, and professional legal guidance. India requires qualifying companies to maintain at least one director who satisfies the applicable residence requirements. A competitive fixed professional fee will be agreed with the selected candidate.
