: We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to handle bookings for flights, hotels, and tours. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of all reservations while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Process reservations for flights, hotels, and tour packages
- Confirm bookings and communicate details to clients
- Handle changes, cancellations, and refund requests
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records in the booking system
- Resolve reservation-related issues promptly
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reservations or travel agency role
- Familiarity with GDS/booking systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
Pay: ₹11,585.47 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
