Reservation Executive – Bengali Speaking
Location: Nagpur
Salary: ₹10000 – ₹15,000/month
Experience: 0–2 Years / Freshers can apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hotel/resort reservations through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Communicate with guests and travel agents regarding bookings.
- Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Coordinate with resort teams for guest requirements.
- Maintain reservation records and follow up with clients.
- Handle guest queries professionally.
Requirements:
- Bengali language is mandatory.
- Positive communication skills in Bengali and Hindi.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Good customer service and convincing skills.
- Hospitality/reservation experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
