Role Description The Reservation Executive | Reservation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road in Bengaluru. The role involves managing room reservations, handling inbound reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, and ensuring accurate booking details in the reservation system. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with front office and sales teams to optimize room inventory, rates, and availability, while supporting upselling initiatives and special offers.

The role also requires addressing guest queries,



modifying and canceling bookings as needed, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through timely, professional communication.

The Reservation

Supervisor aspect includes mentoring team members, monitoring reservation quality and response times, and supporting reporting tasks related to occupancy, revenue, and forecasting. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle guest interactions professionally and clearly.

Candidates should possess Reservations and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage bookings accurately and ensure a positive guest experience.

Candidates should possess Sales and basic upselling skills to promote room categories, packages, and hotel services effectively.

Candidates should have experience in hotel reservations or front office operations; prior exposure to an upscale or business hotel environment is an advantage.

Candidates should be comfortable using reservation or property management systems, with good MS Office skills and attention to detail.

Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, time management, and the capacity to work in a quick-paced, guest-focused environment.

A hospitality-related diploma or degree is preferred; equivalent experience in reservations or customer service will be considered.

Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel operational requirements.
