Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Research & Development Executive with an MBA in Sales & Marketing to conduct market research, identify business opportunities, analyze customer needs, and support the development of new products, services, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
- Identify customer needs, market gaps, and new business opportunities.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Collect and analyze customer and market data.
- Support the development and improvement of products and services.
- Develop market research reports and present findings to management.
- Support sales and marketing teams with market insights.




- Identify potential markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and feedback collection when required.
- Monitor market performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with different departments for research and development activities.
- Assist in developing recent sales and marketing strategies based on research findings.

Requirements
- MBA in Sales & Marketing is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Good knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other research tools.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
