- Conduct telephonic interviews with respondents including C-level executives, Directors, and Manager-level professionals, as per project requirements

- Ensure adherence to established processes, protocols, and documentation standards across all project stages

- Actively participate in briefing sessions, mock sessions, debriefs, along with overseeing interviewer performance and conducting quality checks

- Maintain internal project reports and dashboards

Skills Required

- Understanding of market research and research methodologies

- Knowledge of CATI processes and calling techniques

- Robust convincing and communication skills over calls

- Multi-lingual skills will be an added advantage however English reading and writing is must

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)

- Ability to meet daily productivity targets and maintain QC standards

- Hands-on experience in CATI fieldwork and interviewin





- Working knowledge of CATI tools/platforms (Decipher, Confirmit, CCP, etc.)

- Ability to review survey programming links and ensure data accuracy

- Self-driven, energetic, and a team player

Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in any field with 6 months to 1 year of experience

- Strong understanding of market research methodologies, with experience in CATI tools/platforms and Qualitative research techniques

- Prior experience as a CATI caller will be an added advantage
