Role Description

This full-time, on-site role located in Rabale involves working as a Research and Development Chemist.

Responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, developing and optimizing flow chemistry processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate laboratory results into practical manufacturing solutions. The role includes performing quality control tests, analyzing chemical formulations, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge coatings and materials. Reporting, documentation,



and ensuring compliance with industry standards are also key parts of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for evaluating data and optimizing chemical processes
- Research and Development (R&D;) experience in developing and implementing new chemistry processes
- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills such as handling chemical reactions, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety standards
- Knowledge of Coatings and expertise in materials development and application methodologies
- Experience in Quality Control, including testing and ensuring the consistency of chemical products
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate technical documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with flow chemistry processes is a strong plus
