Role & responsibilities

Qualifications: MSc in Lifesciences/Biotechnology or related field a Fresher or with 1 year experience. Demonstrated experience in a research and development/manufacturing role is highly required.

Competencies Required:

- Biomedical product development.
- Aseptic processing techniques.
- GMP working knowledge.
- Process equipment handling like Biosafety cabinets, Lyophilizer, filling etc.

Soft skills:Adaptable, Collaborative, Persuasive, Ethical, Assertive, Resourceful, Organized, Handles Ambiguity, Problem Solver, Detail Oriented, Committed.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conducting experiments, recording and analyzing data. Carrying out fieldwork.
2. Demonstrating procedures to staff and training the production and QUC employees for routine testing.
3. Presenting results to senior/other research staff.
4. Executive stability planning, prepare stability protocol and process validation protocol.
5. Designing and formatting of Product development record, SOP and other documents.
6. Test license preparation for new project.
7. Materials stock maintenance, testing and ensuring that quality standards are met.
8. Liasoning with research.
9. Developing original solutions to problems.
10.



Keeping up to date with relevant scientific and technical developments.
11. To support in laying systems for supporting the organizational goals and corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accreditation process.
12. Implement and comply with policies, procedures and standards in accordance with regulatory and accreditation agencies.
13. Execute competency assessment and record maintenance of the subordinates.
14. Maintaining general laboratory and laboratory equipment.
15. To ensure that friendly and cordial workplace is maintained in the laboratory
16. Any other work as assigned by superiors from time to time.
17. Maintain team productivity and report to seniors on a monthly basis.
