RAVV is looking to hire two Research Associates to support deep research, commercial diligence, market intelligence and verification across multiple projects.RAVV Research, Analyze, Verify, Validate — works on complex opportunities spanning infrastructure, natural resources, technology, industrial projects, policy, investment and new business opportunities.This is not a conventional desk-research role. Researchers will be expected to investigate unfamiliar subjects quickly, validate claims independently, work with primary and secondary sources, analyse data and convert research into actionable conclusions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed market, industry, company and project research.
- Research government policies, regulations, tenders, reports and public datasets.
- Analyse financial, economic, commercial and operational information.
- Verify claims made by companies, promoters, vendors and project teams.
- Build comparable-company, market-sizing and benchmarking analyses.
- Track developments across assigned sectors and projects.
- Extract and structure data from reports, government documents and technical studies.
- Prepare concise research notes, management summaries and presentations.
- Support financial and commercial diligence.




- Identify information gaps, inconsistencies and key risks requiring further investigation.
- Work with consultants, engineers, lawyers and subject-matter experts where deeper validation is required.

Ideal Profile

- Approximately 1–2 years of professional experience.
- Background in Economics, Finance, BFM, Business, Consulting, Research or a related discipline.
- Experience in consulting, investment research, equity research, economic research, corporate strategy or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Very strong internet and document research capabilities.
- Comfortable reading government reports, financial statements, technical documents and policy papers.
- Solid numerical reasoning and ability to work with large amounts of information.
- Clear and concise writing.
- Naturally sceptical and inclined to verify information rather than accept claims at face value.
