Job DescriptionAbout the Role

NThe Executive / Sr. Executive – Electrical (R&D;) will contribute to the design, development, testing, and validation of electrical and electronic systems for next-generation air conditioning (AC) products. The role focuses on controller development, PCB design, product performance optimization, and innovation while supporting new product development, cost optimization, and advanced technologies such as IoT in HVAC solutions.

NResponsibilities

n- Design, develop, and validate electrical and electronic components for controller-based systems

N- Develop PCB layouts andperform component-level testing, verification, and validation

N- Conduct EMI/EMC testingand support product compliance activities

N- Drive cost optimizationand localization initiatives through value engineering (VAVE) projects

N- Develop IoT-enabled product features and support controller algorithm development

N- Investigate product failures through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

N- Prepare and execute software and hardware validation plans for new product development





N- Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams during product launch and production support

NQualifications

n- 2–5 years of experience in Electrical or Electronics Product Development, R&D;, or Product Engineering

N- Strong understanding ofelectronic circuits, controller design, and product validation processes

N- Experience working in cross-functional product development environments

N- Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

NEducation Details

n- B.Tech in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or a related discipline

NRequired Skills

nElectrical Design, PCB Design, Product Development, EMI/EMC Testing, Electronics Testing

NPreferred Skills

nIoT, Controller Development, BLDC Motors, VAVE, Root Cause Analysis
