- Drive digital advertising sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

- Develop and pitch customized brand solutions, including sponsored content and brand integrations

- Lead client relationship management, including negotiations, contract execution, and ongoing account servicing

- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and deliver high-impact, data-driven digital campaigns

- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of digital advertising trends and client needs

- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

- Present strategic proposals and campaign performance insights to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

7–12 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales (mandatory)

Graduate in any discipline





Proven experience in Digital Advertising Sales and Business Development

Solid understanding of digital advertising, media planning, and brand solutions

Experience in sponsorship sales, branded content, and brand integrations

Ability to conceptualize and execute branded content opportunities

Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills

Excellent presentation, communication, and business development abilities

- Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and consistently achieve revenue targets
