Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in a leadership or senior operational role,



preferably in a fast-paced, energetic environment

- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects with measurable outcomes and high visibility

- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business transformation, and driving operational efficiency

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a results-driven mindset

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities with executive presence

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) preferred

- Experience with performance measurement frameworks, data analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms
