- Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute talent strategy aligned with business goals

- Lead end-to-end leadership hiring, including succession planning and high-potential development

- Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive accountability and growth

- Champion manager enablement through coaching, training, and leadership development programs

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a high-performance culture

- Lead organizational design and workforce planning to support scalable growth

- Build and refine HR processes and people practices that are efficient, compliant, and scalable

- Serve as a change agent, balancing strategic foresight with operational execution

Requirements

10–15+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner





Experience in high-growth startups or rapid-paced organizations, preferably Ecommerce companies

Strong experience in leadership hiring and talent strategy

Expertise in performance management and organizational effectiveness

Experience in manager enablement, coaching, and employee engagement

Strong understanding of organizational design and workforce planning

Experience building scalable HR processes and people practices

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

- Passion for building high-performing organizations from the ground up
