Role Description The Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for engaging with clients and community members to understand their needs and connect them with suitable freelance expertise. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, explaining available services and solutions, coordinating introductions between clients and professionals, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

The role involves supporting project coordination, gathering feedback to improve service delivery, and contributing to local outreach activities.



The Representative will also collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive experience for clients and help grow the presence of Freelance Masters in the Bengaluru area.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Ability to understand and explain service offerings related to systems, strategy, optimization, automation, wellness, and personal development.
- Organizational and coordination skills to manage meetings, track client interactions, and support multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify client challenges and connect them to appropriate resources or professionals.
- Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment in Bengaluru, with a proactive and self-directed approach.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools (email, calendars, CRM or spreadsheets) for scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
- Prior experience in customer service, community management, sales support, or client relations is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in business, communications, psychology, or a related field is an advantage, though equivalent experience is also valued.
