Role Description The Representative role at KAVI is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Representative engages with investors and industry experts to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining communication with stakeholders, managing calendars, tracking interview status, and supporting logistics for recording or hosting sessions. The Representative also assists in documenting key details, updating internal systems,



and collaborating with the content and operations teams to help deliver high-quality interviews. This role requires consistent on-site presence to work closely with colleagues and support a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with investors, industry experts, and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle scheduling, follow-ups, and multiple stakeholder interactions efficiently.
- Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and digital collaboration platforms (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets, CRM or tracking tools).
- Attention to detail and reliability in documenting information, updating records, and ensuring accuracy in all interactions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving processes and priorities.
- Prior experience in client-facing, coordination, or operations roles is beneficial, especially in finance, consulting, or media environments.
- Undergraduate degree in any discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience in a relevant role will also be considered.
