Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Representative role based in Delhi, India. The Representative will support client accounts by coordinating media relations activities, managing day-to-day communication with clients, and assisting in the execution of digital and traditional campaigns.

Responsibilities include gathering and organizing client requirements, preparing basic reports and updates, and helping ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to support pitch development, content preparation, and campaign monitoring.



The Representative will also help maintain accurate documentation, contribute to client presentations, and represent the agency professionally in client and partner interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, media contacts, and internal teams.
- Interest or experience in media relations, public relations, or digital communication, including familiarity with basic campaign workflows.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency with common office and communication tools (e.g., email, presentations, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn agency platforms.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Delhi and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused setting.
- Relevant academic background in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or qualified experience in an agency or client-facing role is an advantage.
