Role Description The Reporter role at IP Websoft is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolhapur. The Reporter will research, gather, and verify information to produce accurate and engaging news content related to technology, digital media, and company projects.

Daily tasks include conducting interviews, attending events or briefings, collaborating with internal teams to understand ongoing work, and developing clear, concise news articles and multimedia stories. The role also involves adapting content for various platforms, meeting deadlines, and maintaining ethical reporting standards while representing IP Websoft’s voice and values.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Reporting skills, including information gathering, verification, and story development.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including interviewing, listening,



and presenting information clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing and News Writing skills to create accurate, engaging, and well-structured content.
- Candidates should possess basic Multimedia skills, such as working with images, audio, or video to support digital storytelling.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Solid ethical judgment, attention to detail, familiarity with digital publishing tools, and interest in technology and digital media are advantageous.
