Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and reports that provide project performance visibility across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, data modelling, ERP reporting, and workflow automation, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.

Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for project progress, cost, procurement, risk, and performance monitoring.
- Integrate, validate, and maintain data connections with CoreLink, Microsoft Business Central, and SharePoint.
- Develop and maintain weekly and monthly management reporting templates.
- Automate reporting and approval workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Support the Project Controls Manager with data-driven insights, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
- Build efficient data models using Power Query and DAX to support business reporting requirements.
- Ensure dashboard consistency, usability, and high-quality visual design across multiple projects.
- Monitor data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and optimize dashboard performance.
- Document data sources, refresh schedules, report publishing procedures, and technical documentation.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and recommend process improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and data modelling.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and data visualization.
- Experience integrating Power BI with SharePoint and Microsoft Business Central (preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dashboards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with CoreLink integration and project controls reporting.
- Understanding of project performance metrics, cost control, procurement, and risk reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft 365, and Azure data services is an advantage.
- Experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or EPC industries is desirable.

Compensation & Benefits
