Location: Remote (India)

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit telecom professionals for domestic and international projects.

Hire candidates with experience in technologies including:

5G / 4G LTE

RAN (Radio Access Network)

OSS/BSS

RF Optimization & Drive Testing

Fiber & OSP Engineering

Telecom Network Operations

Transport & IP Networking

VoLTE / IMS

SDN/NFV

Telecom Project Management

Work with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and staffing needs.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Telecom Resource Manager / TA Manager

Location: Remote (India)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead telecom staffing and talent acquisition initiatives.

Build and manage pipelines of telecom professionals across multiple technologies.

Coordinate workforce planning and resource allocation.

Manage recruitment teams and drive hiring performance.





Partner with business leaders to support project-based staffing requirements.

Develop sourcing strategies for niche telecom skill sets.

Preferred Experience

3+ years of experience in Telecom Recruitment, Resource Management, or Talent Acquisition.

Strong understanding of telecom technologies and industry trends.

Experience recruiting for Wireless, Wireline, Network Engineering, Fiber, 5G, and Telecom Infrastructure roles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
