Role Summary:

We're looking for a Relocation Consultant who will be the primary point of contact for assignees relocating for our client organizations. You'll own the client experience end-to-end — from policy counselling through case closure, while coordinating a network of internal teams and external vendors to deliver a seamless move.

This role suits someone who thrives on relationship management, stays organized under multiple moving parts, and takes ownership of outcomes rather than just tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the single point of contact for assignees and client (RMC) companies throughout the relocation lifecycle

• Respond to client queries via phone and email promptly and professionally

• Coordinate itineraries, appointments (schools, hospitals, clubs), and vendor schedules on the client's behalf

• Act as the point of escalation and resolve issues quickly and diplomatically

Program & Service Delivery





• Execute the full suite of relocation services — policy counselling, city orientation, home search, school search, temporary accommodation, immigration support, and household goods transportation

• Ensure every case is delivered in line with IOS service standards and client/RMC compliance requirements

• Identify gaps and proactively suggest process improvements

• Own operational targets and contribute to revenue and cost optimization for your portfolio

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain and update Relotracker and internal MIS in real time

• Prepare and share daily/weekly status reports and case documentation

• Track case closures and maintain monthly MIS

• Log client appreciation and escalations for continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Finance on invoicing for closed cases

• Coordinate with internal service lines (Packing & Moving, Car Rental, Immigration, Temporary Accommodation) to deliver a unified client experience

Experience:

• 2-5 years’ experience in relocation, mobility, hospitality, travel, or client-facing service roles preferred

• Solid verbal and written communication skills comfortable managing senior stakeholders and expatriate clients

• Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple live cases without dropping the ball

• A problem-solver who takes ownership rather than escalating everything upward

• Comfortable with MIS/reporting tools and process-driven documentation

• Ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, internal teams, and client organizations To Apply
