Saint-Gobain is deploying CHORUS , our global Workday HR platform, and we’re hiring a Release Manager to lead biannual Workday updates (R1/R2) and multi‑country deployments .

Location : Mumbai & Chennai

Experience : 8-12 Years

? What you’ll do

- Align Workday releases with rollout waves
- Own regression & quality across HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence
- Lead governance forums (CAB, Go/No‑Go)
- Drive cutover execution and risk mitigation

✅ Mandatory Skills

- Workday release management – hands‑on with R1/R2 cycles, preview evaluation, feature adoption/deferral
- Payroll-integrated system expertise – managing payroll dependencies, parallel runs, ensuring zero disruption
- Governance frameworks – leading CAB, Go/No‑Go forums, audit‑ready decision logs
- Regression & QA ownership – end‑to‑end testing across HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, and integrations
