Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales of banking products such as credit cards, loans, and deposits.
- Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling of insurance products like life insurance, health insurance, etc.
- Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and promote bank's services in the local market.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions using bancassurance (insurance) channels.
Job Requirements :
- 0-16 years of experience in agency management or BFSI sales.
- Robust understanding of banking products including gold loan, NBFC, promotions & selling skills.
- Excellent marketing knowledge with ability to develop effective promotional strategies for direct sales.
