Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the debt settlement process. Daily activities include communicating with clients to understand their financial situations, explaining XeroDebt’s solutions, and guiding them through enrollment, documentation, and ongoing case updates.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information, timely resolution of issues, and consistent follow-up on client accounts.

The Relationship

Manager will monitor client satisfaction, handle escalations professionally, and provide clear,



empathetic support that builds trust and long-term engagement. This position also contributes to process improvements by sharing client feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly, with basic understanding of debt settlement or consumer finance preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; fluency in additional regional languages in India is an advantage.
- Solid organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to handle multiple client cases effectively.
- Comfort using CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital communication platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, resilience, and a calm approach to handling sensitive conversations.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, collections, or customer support is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
