ROLE / RESPOSNIBILITIES:

- Act as the single point of contact for customer concerns related to parts availability and service concerns.

- Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers and generate parts and service revenue.

- Conduct regular customer visits to understand equipment performance and parts requirements.

- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently, ensuring customers satisfaction

ROLE REQUIRES:

- Min. Gradute/ ITI/ Diploma - Technical Field.

- Good to have experience in Customer Relationship Management, Parts & Accessories.

- Having good communication and presentation skills.

- Valuable negotiator and can handle and resolve customer enquiry.

- Ready to do field work and regular customer visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
