Job Title: Relationship Manager - Health Insurance Job Summary The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving health insurance sales, managing a team of sales executives/advisors, achieving business targets, developing partner relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities *Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual health insurance sales targets. *Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales advisors/insurance partners. *Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and field visits. *Generate new business through leads, referrals, and strategic partnerships. *Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and insurers.



Ensure high policy conversion rates and quality business. *Monitor renewals, persistency, and customer retention. *Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company compliance standards.

Key Skills *Strong sales and negotiation skills. *Communication and presentation skills. *Analytical and problem-solving abilities. *Knowledge of health insurance products and industry regulations.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).

Min. 1 years of experience in Health Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance Sales.
